Hard alloy extrusion die is a tool that uses hard materials such as tungsten cobalt alloy as core components, and achieves efficient and long-life metal extrusion molding through high hardness, wear resistance, and high temperature resistance. It is widely used in fields such as automotive, electronics, aerospace, etc.
High hardness: The hardness can reach HRA88-92, which is 2-3 times that of traditional mold steel and can withstand extreme extrusion pressure.
Wear resistance: The wear resistance is 10-20 times that of high-speed steel, significantly reducing the frequency of mold replacement.
High temperature resistance: It can maintain high hardness even at 1000 ℃, avoiding performance degradation caused by high-temperature tempering.
Corrosion resistance: It has excellent resistance to chemicals such as acids and alkalis, extending the life of molds.
