  • Tungsten carbide sealing ring is a hard alloy sealing component made of tungsten carbide powder as the core raw material through powder metallurgy technology. It has high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high temperature resistance, and is widely used in mechanical seals, petroleum drilling and production, chemical equipment, mechanical engineering, and high-temperature applications.
    Wear resistance: The wear resistance is 15-20 times that of high-speed steel, significantly reducing replacement frequency and extending sealing life.
    Corrosion resistance: It has excellent resistance to chemicals such as acids, alkalis, and salts, and is suitable for corrosive media environments.
    High temperature resistance: It can maintain high hardness even at 1000 ℃, avoiding performance degradation caused by high-temperature tempering.
    Thermal stability: The coefficient of linear expansion is small (only 1/4-1/3 of carbon steel), the amount of thermal deformation at high temperatures is small, and the flatness of the sealing end face is not damaged.
    Thermal conductivity: Good thermal conductivity facilitates the dissipation of frictional heat, reduces the temperature rise of the sealing end face, and prevents liquid film vaporization.
